Ability to Turn Off Popups

Problem: When completing a task in Power BI Service, a notification will sometimes pop up saying "You have successfully ___!", followed by a helpful suggestion or two. However, when repeating this task several times, this popup is annoying to close every time.

Example: Some of my end users have complained specifically about the popup that appears after pinning a visual to a dashboard, especially since it blocks some buttons, causes the screen to lose focus, and overall interrupts the user's workflow.

Suggested Solution: When the popup appears, include an option for "Don't show this again", so users can choose to forever hide the popup. And, in the case of wanting it to appear again, users should have the option in their Notification Center to turn back on popups for dialogue boxes.

I agree that the U/X for these popup notifications is really bad.

It would almost be a little better if they were modal and could be dispatched right away with the ESC key.
