Users who do not have access to a dashboard but recieve a link, have the option to 'Request Access'. I understand this can be turned off for access to the Semantic Model, but not for the report. In my situation, we have an outside process that manages and provides access to a Entra Group to control access and RLS. Access is never given directly via the dashboard. Can the 'Request Access' function be disbaled for the report with an option to add commentary about how users can request access in line with RLS process.
