API to fetch current status (refresh in progress/complete) of Dataflow GEN1

We need to fetch the current status (if the dataflow is still refreshing or refresh is complete) of Dataflow using powershell script or C#. We could not find any api for this request, so we would like to have an API to check the current status of the refreshes of dataflow.
