AND / OR Conditions for filters allowed across columns

There are many instances where in reporting we are looking for filter conditions where we want to filter for rows based off (Column A =1 AND Column B =1)  or (Column A =1 OR Column B =1)  Providing the ability to add multiple columns into a single filter allowing for AND / OR filters across columns would make me and our customers VERY happy!
