It would make more sense and spares the pain of dragging pages to their position when a user simply attempts page duplicate function. The duplicated page needs to be created right next to the original page and that is a more sensible thing to do. We can also have global settings that allows user to select where a duplicated page needs to be created - whether at the end or right next to the point of duplication.
