Hello all,
I am facing the same issue. An EventStream that was deleted months ago has been consuming capacity for around four months. There are no pipelines, sources or destinations connected to it, yet it continues to appear in the Capacity Metrics App.
I attempted to solve the issue by pausing and restarting the capacity through the Azure Portal. After the restart, there was a short peak in utilization, and initially the EventStream activity disappeared from the metrics.
However, the problem returned about one hour later, and the deleted EventStream is again using capacity.
