Admin Settings Toggle to disable real-time hub

Hi,

Not everyone is switching to Fabric and not everyone wants to enable real-time hub. 

(Usurping Power BI's interface to further the Fabric agenda is not the most suitable thing for customers looking to decide for themselves what technology aspects / capabilities are deployed in their environments. Maybe I want to use Power BI for visualization and snowflake for data warehousing and engineering or databricks or insert another tool here - trino, atscale, +++)

Even if they do want to deploy this feature, they need to investigate how it works, what the capabilities are and what elements are best suited for their business needs befor rolling it out. As well, to support OCM and deploy training related to the new capabilities to support the tool rollout organizations might want to control the availability of real-time hub in the portal!

Unilaterally turning on such a capability is almost irresponsible when you're not considering the potential harm it could do in the hands of less skilled individuals or in the hands of individuals who don't understand data sources available in it.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS TO ENABLE / DISABLE FEATURES (  and allow us to continue to leverage ad group based controls for who can use it just like you have previously done for Power BI features)!!! (not yelling, just emphasizing!)

Hi @foresightbi ,

If you are trying to disable this button here, then I'm sorry, there really is no way to disable that button at this time:

However, if you are trying to disable the creation of Fabric features such as Real-Time intelligence, Data Activator, etc. in it, this can be turned off. Please contact an administrator role such as Global Administrator in your organization and ask them to disable these features in Admin Portal > Tenant setting for the organization members who don't need these features.
