Hello Community,
I'm trying to load data from "ADLS Gen2" into "KQL Database" using "Get Data" using the available "Get Data" option. I can preview the data, but when I tried load I'm getting "Failed To Ingest" with details as "Failed to download blob: Provided credentials cannot be used to access the persistent storage". I'm owner of the "ADGLS Gen2" and I also have "Storage blob dta contributor" permissions too.
When I tried to load using a "Data Pipeline" it is succeded. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue?
Thank You.
Hi @ananthkrishna99 ,
Please check if you have a storage account?
Create an Azure storage account - Azure Storage | Microsoft Learn
Again, please check that the credentials you provided are correct:

Hi @Anonymous
Thanks for your reply, as I mentioned I have the storage account and I'm both owner of the storage account along with Storage blob data contributor permissions. I'm trying to connect with my account not with SAS/ account key and also as mentioned in the above snippets I can see the preview of the data but I'm getting the error when I tried to load it.
Hi @ananthkrishna99 ,
I really can't reproduce the problem.
I suggest you open a support ticket to get more detailed information and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
