where and how are we getting the data ??

we have several models that have grown over time.
we would now like to know all of the SQL and stored procs that get run in the models
i.e.
I want to know all the sql and sprocs that get run in powerbi models. If for some odd reason we have a connection to mds (for example) then that should be findable through the gateway but if someone has a point to mds in a query but the gateway is pointing at a different DB ??
is there any easy way (or tool) to help us get this - or do we need to go through them all...
