Exploring the possibility to trace custom visual usage (certified vs non-certified)

Need info about its adoption:

- how many of them are in my org tenant

- in which reports / dashboards they are located

- when was last time it was used / refreshed

- who is the owner of thr report

etc.

What's the best approach to get this statistics?
