sharing workspace with non-pro licensed user

Hi,

for embeding the report using API, can i share a workspace with another user who dosen't have pro license ?, i gave access to that user for registered app in azure and successfully acquire an access_token. can i access the workspace from API with non-pro licensed person's credential? if no please suggest an alternative solution.
