row level security and filter synchronization..

Hi everyone we have single select country filter in our dashboard ,we have implemented rls in dashboard basis on country only ,now problem is while we are publishing dashboard with default country selected as US and someone having data access for UK location only logs into dashboard sees blank dashboard, what is the workaround of same ?
