restrict access to dabases

Dear all,

I'm quite fresh to Power BI. In our company currently a lot of power bi desktop users retrieving data from oracle database. and causing huge performance issues, because not having appropriate selects.

We would like to restrict usage of databases within Power BI. Is there are possiblity to establish some managed connections and users can not create own connections and to refuse any other
