"No Available Action" Message Issue

Hi All

We have hide all context menu of visual. But when user is doing right click on the Visual , he is getting msg that "No Available Action".

And, on iPAD, this messgae is occuring when user is pressing 3-4 seconds

Is there any way to hide the same.
