prevent tooltip disappear on mouseenter
I created a tooltip report, but whenever I move my mouse in the tooltip, it disappears. is there any way to prevent it?

I think Greg_Deckler means that Power BI doesn't support to keep tooltips always appear without hovering over your mouse on the visual.
Tooltips are additional content added to the visual that will appear when the mouse is hovered over the visual. Normally tooltips will be hidden. If tootips always appear, you visual will be messy.
You can build table visuals , card visuals or others with tooltips values.

Did you find a solution to this issue? I am also facing the same issue. I have a bar chart with scroll bar in my tooltip and when i want to scroll in that tooltip it disappears. Any solution for this? Thanks!
