powerBI desktop paginated reports

Hello everyone,

I am trying to connect to paginated reports from PowerBI Desktop to those saved on Power BI service, but when I try to do it, no possibility of choice appears to me! (like in the pic).

Let me say in advance that I a using a Power BI pro free trial license, and that I have published normal reports from the desktop app to the web service without problems, so that the account is well connected. But still, clicking on the paginated report visualization on power BI desktop, I cannot find the paginated reports that I saved on powerBI service! Why? Does somebody know how to solve this?? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Giac_Farro,

    AFAIK, power bi desktop is connect to the correspond semantic model to getting data from published report. Have you check if the paginated report has its own semantic mode? If that paginated report not have model and it not displayed to the workspace contents.

      Thank You Xiaoxin, the problem did actually fix by itself ... at Friday, it didn't load anything. Monday morning, the reports were there ready to be connected. I don't know why, but it seems it only needed time to upload everything... much time. By the way, now it seems to work.
