power bi loading - svg image causes scroll issues in chrome.

This is recent to the UI -

 

Prior to loading of charts the loading section having svg images causes scroll issues in the chrome browser. Note this happens only when the user tries to scroll the page where the  power bi report is loding

 

Looks like this issue is due to the animation present for the svg  (animation-name: pulse).

    Do you mean custom visual? Clarify the issue and make some screenshots if possible. Also try other popular web browsers.
