power Bi refresh failed in PBI desktop with cherwell Beta connector

Hello,

 

I have recently started using Cherwell service management for reporting purposes.I have connected to cherwell initially and pulled in data to create PBI reports.However,when I refresh the data set through Power Query and get the below error
