% of Total

I am trying to create a graph that has a % of grand total and a sum. I have the graph filtered to only show the top 5 positions but the %'s are only showing the % of the grand total for the 5 displayed positions. 

 

In my data I have 

Associate, Salary, Status and Job 

 

What formula can I use to see the % of the grand total for each row in my data set filtered to only sum up the salaries of active employees.

    Hi JVB12 ,

    Base on your description, it seems that you want to get the % of the grand total for each row which not effected by the filters or slicers. Could you please provide some raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples?
