please provide the exact call for Admin - WorkspaceInfo GetModifiedWorkspaces - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn, maybe you exclude personal workspaces?

xhanwe are pretty sure those are not personal worksapces or inactive workspaces
