iframe embed code generated by publish to web feature gives resource not found error

Trying out the 'publish to web' feature. Selected report, based on imported data, and generated the embed codes. The 'link to use in email' works fine.

But the iframe embed code does not, showing the 'resource cannot be found' error as others have noted here. The iframe html looks like this: 

<iframe width="800" height="600" src="https://app.blob.core.windows.net/embed/snapshotEmbedHost.html?embedId=eyJjdWx0dXJlSW5mbyI6ImVuLVVTIn0=" frameborder="0"></iframe>

I dropped the https://app.blob.core.windows.net/embed... and replaced it with the Link that did work. And as expected, that works.

Leads me to believe that the 'publish to web' feature is not working correctly with our PBI site.
