how to get measures in use

Currently, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI do not natively provide a direct mapping between visuals and their specific measures. Although DMVs like DISCOVER_CALC_DEPENDENCY and INFO.MEASURES can help explore dependency chains between measures, they do not show usage within report visuals.

To identify and potentially remove unused measures, the Performance Analyzer pane in Power BI Desktop can trace which measures are triggered during visual rendering. This method, though manual, can be effective for smaller models or targeted checks.

We also recommend submitting your feedback to the Power BI Ideas platform if you would like to see this feature (measure usage tracking) supported in future releases. Feedback submitted through these channels is frequently reviewed by the product teams and can contribute to meaningful improvements.
