how do I limit export to csv in power bi embedded

hi!

 we have PBI reports embedded in our portal with AAS as a source.

we use RLS to limit access to data, before the embedded we used to limit the option to export data by user groups but now the users access our portal by user id and not by mail address. how can I limit the possibility to export to excel with the AAS embedded?
