hierarchy slicer

I am using the heirarchy slicer for one of my reports and I have this report displayed on a iframe. However, when a visitor is on an iOS device, everything displays properly except the heirarchy slicer. It's just an empty box with no content. Any ideas on how to address this issue?

    Helllo I am also seeing this issue. Looks good in my .pbix but in PBI.com hierarchy slicer is invisible.
