embedding report requires effective identity username to be identical to the caller's principal name

Hello 
I am trying to embed a report so it can be viewed on a web page, but when i try to get the report i get and the following error: "Creating embed token for accessing dataset requires effective identity username to be identical to the caller's principal name" 

I use service principal for authentication. What is and where can i find the caller's principal name?

it was the wrong service principle object id i was using, i needed to go into managed application in local directory to find the right one
