custom url on dashboard tile not working in mvc application

custom url on dashboard tile not working in mvc application.

throws following error

 No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://app.powerbi.com' is therefore not allowed access.

Is there any other way open url on tiles click in mvc application.
