create a custom button and trigger an event in a PBI report

hi all,

am new bie in PBI.

l would like to create a custom button inside mY PowerBI report and on click of that button, i wanna read a specific file location and  read the csv files in that loca.

is it possible ? i know its the event driven programming in PBI. Am not sure how to achieve it in the PBI report. 

help is appreciated.

    You cannot do that in regular Power BI. Maybe possible in Power BI embedded, but I doubt that.
