color coded circle icon based off text

Hi,

I have a column with values of _Unset, Green, Yellow, and Red and need to display a color coded circle icon based on these values.  I am thinking i need to create a new measure that says if Red = 1, if Yellow = 2, etc and then i can do conditional filter on these values on the new measure.  Is this my best option?
