capacities author - what is it?

Hi All.

Does anyone know what this Web API call does?

https://wabi-south-east-asia-redirect.analysis.windows.net/capacities/author

In our case, it either stalls for 10 seconds or we wait for response transmission starts for 10 sec.

It slows our overall dashboards and reports experience.

I want to understand if anything can be done to make it faster.
