can custom visualisation have any toggling functionality?

I am using 64 bit Power bi. As i new to Power BI.

In one of my project has following requirement.

1) is there any custom visualization available in power bi, which can provide toggling funcationality for filteration as per below image?

2) is there any custum visualization available in Power bi to display/alter legends conditionaly in piechart based on some filteration?

so based on item selection rest of reports on page filter accordingly.

any pointer or any alternate way to achieve above mention functionality.

Alternatively, you may drag both fields to Legend and use icons in the top left corner of the visualization to toggle level in the hierarchy.
