app owns data reports, not use user and psw

Hello, i am trying to embedded my reports to my multitenant app. i am trying to integrate using the code example that is in github. But my question is if there is any way to do that without my user and psw of power bi. Because the issue that i am having is that my account has Multi Factor Authentication, so that give me an error. And adding an account without that is a security bridge for the company.

Hi @sebastianherrer ,

You don't need to disable the MFA for your account. Instead you can overcome the issue with using SPN

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embed-service-principal

Just upgrade your workspace to v2.

Issue resolved !

@sebastianherrer

You can try to create a new dedicated tenant for embedding. Within that tenant, there can only one user with Power BI Pro license and you don't have to set Multi Factor Authentication.

there is any other chance to use a apikey or something related in order not to use the user and psw. because by policy of the company we can not have accounts without MFA.
