add URL links to all values in a cell

I need to add links to every values in cells. I've grouped values in power query in a one cell and want to have their own links.

I need this in my matrix value

HI @MykytYla,

You can setting conditional formatting on the 'description' field and choose mode "Web URL", then you can select the fields which store the URL strings (this field should settings the data category to 'Web URL') to apply hyperlink on 'description' field values.
