I'm looking for the solution of pulling data from Yardi into PowerBI. They said that Yardi's PowerBI Connector might be helpful, but didn't find any information about this tool in google.

@MTA_61 Acterys has one: Request for New Acterys Apps. I believe that Yardi Voyager has a data connection api and if it is on-premises you should be able to connect to the underlying SQL or Oracle database.
Here is a dashboard we were able to produce on our Yardi data using DataFreedom. DataFreedom normalizes the complex Voyager schema so it's substantially easier to produce complex reports.

Can anyone share dashboards they've created on Yardi with Power BI so we don't have to re-create them.
we are new to this software starting from zero
I don't know the timeframe for availability of the Yardi Power BI connector. We are solving this by first building a data warehouse using the Yardi backup file. The data warehouse is the data source for the Power BI dashboards. Here's an overview: https://www.rentviewer.com/blog/better-yardi-reporting/
The nightly backup is probably your best bet. My colleague wrote instructions on how to set that up here.
