Why "use a data gateway" option is disabled ?

Hello,

We are creating pbix reports with the desktop application on our local computer using sample csv files as datasource.

Our goal ils to deploy them on different online powerBI account and connect the datasource on our webserver where teh real csv file are stored.

We have installed the on-premises data gateway on this server and it tells us it's online.

On the powerBI online service, we have managed the gateway and created our datasource onthe good files. It says "connection established"

Now we are trying to configure refresh panification on our datasets. But in the Gateway connexion section, only the first radio is available. The other is disabled. It tells : Your data gateway (PowerBI - Personnal) is out. 

It is quite normal as we did not installed the personnal gateway version.

We don't understand why the other radio option "Use a data gateway" is not available.

Could you please help us ?

How many CSV files in your case? Do you configure one data source for each file?

Yes one data source for each file.
