Where can one publish Power View reports if they do not have access to Power Bi Server (i.e. at school or work)
How can person share Power View reports. Do they have to email the entire Excel Spreadsheet?

It seems that you can publish Power View reports to Sharepoint, see Power View in SharePoint Server: Create, save, and print reports.
Since Power View is out the scope of this forum, for better response, I'd suggest you post in the dedicated Power View Forum.
