I m trying to connect with Oracle 19c enterprise edition using Tabular editor so far have failed using the options provided by Tabular editor 2.x
Does anybody have successfully connected to Oracle 19c using tabular editor

It seems like you're working with an external tool and faced issue to use this tool to get data.
For this scenario, I'd like to suggest you try to update to the last version or contact to the tool dev team to report this.
