My company has a premium capacity license. However, when I check my account information, it shows that I am a Power BI Pro user. I would like to use embedded analytics, but I am having issues connecting to the workspaces. Is this caused by my Power BI Pro account? Should I contact our company administrator to change my account to Premium? With the Premium capacity license, how should the Power BI administrator assign individual users as premium accounts?
@SRPSnowBird That's not how licensing works really. If you have a Premium capacity (P SKU) then you can use a Pro license to publish content and such. Where are you trying to embed the report/visual exactly?
I'd like to interact with Power BI report from my app, such as get the dataset information, change visual color settings. THe first thing I tried was to connect to the report in the workspace.
