What is a max of string character which will be visible in a chart legend? It is a number as limit?

What if legend is cutting values, there is no option to change it using native power bi features besides addinh addtional tooltips pages?

Hi @jaryszek ,
Given your setup — DIN font size 12, 5 legend items, and some labels still getting cut, 
Limit label length in DataMart - 15 characters.
Add full names in a tooltip page or detail table.Use tooltip pages only when full context is critical and label truncation is unavoidable.

Hi @jaryszek ,

Legend labels usually truncate after 30–35 characters, but you can adjust formatting or use tooltips for full text. It depends on number of legend  items you have. Considering you have 5 items I suggested 15 as it should be optimum value in your case.

@jaryszek This is going to depend heavily on the cart size and font size of the legend as well as how many legend items you have.

so assuming that I have one font size like Din 12, and 5 items always. 

What if those items are still cut? Should I have just another page as tooltip to avoid it? 
Or If i will say to my datamart provide, give me here names max 15 characters it will work for all visuals in a report?

What is the best appraoch?
