What are the Power BI Developer Terms and Conditions?

Hi,

I'm building a custom visual for Power BI that will be distributed as a pbviz file to start with and perhaps at some point it will be on the store but wanted to know what terms and conditions Microsoft imposes on developers when building visuals for Power BI?
