I have a dashboard built showing individual vs group when the slicer shows an individual. I want to send the dashboard to the person with their name in the slicer, but also hiding everyone else's name in the slicer to not give them access to see everyone elses individual performance. So, how could I automate a weekly email, that sends a dashboard to a person with their name selected in the slicer, all while eliminating the option for them to change the slicer. I figured power automate would be a method to try and accomplish this.
Hi @jlee724 ,
According to your statement, I think you need to send report to specific users weekly and you want to restrict data based on user.
I think you can try subscribe function in Power BI to send report for users weekly and use dynamic RLS to restric data based on user.

Hi Rico,
My only issue with Dynamic RLS is the issue that it ultimately eliminats all others data and only shows that unique person's data. In my dashboard, I show that one person's numbers vs the group averages. I realize I wont be able to show the group's average if I include RLS. I was hoping to find a work around about that.
Thanks,
Jeremy
