Web Data not showing in Power BI

I have a api from Service Now to pull data to Power BI. All the fields are pulling from Service Now, however, one column for a field is blank.

in Service Now the field is a drop down with values assigned to the text. Example value 13 = "Closed No CPNI Breach". However, when imported the field is there <u_State> but the field in Power BI is blank. I would expect it to show value 13.

The link to the data shows:

<u_state/>

I would expect it to show <u_state/>13<u_state/>

This is a portion of the code of what it should look like:

<u_state/>
<u_complaint_description/> Not used
<business_service/> Not used
<entitlement/> Not used
<u_complaint_type/> Not used
<expected_start/> Not used
<market>Ohio/Pennsylvania</market>

If it is not showing in the API code provided to review what data is being pulled, is it with Service Now or is there something in Power Bi preventing the data to load?
