Vietnam Map - South China Sea

I'm currently using map visualization in my power bi dashboard. However, it seems that Truong Sa (Spratly) and Hoang Sa (Paracel) Island don't show in Vietnam map when using power BI, it shows South China Sea instead. 

Please fix it as Truong Sa (Spratly) and Hoang Sa (Paracel) belong to Vietnam territory.
