Anonymous Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data

I think you can add a calculated column to calculate the datediff based on 'start date' and 'end date' and nested with if statement to compare with datediff to return tags. (if the 'end date' equal to blank, you can use today function instead)
BTW, since we do not clarify your data structure, can you please share dummy data to test?
