Add a unique identifier for your ticket to the Axis under FeedbackDate. Drill into the hierarchy using the forked arrow icon that will appear.

Hi @shyamji ,

When use a column in value field of chart, we cannot set it as ”don't summarize“, but if you want to show value for each TicketID, you can put the ID column in x-axis or legend, so that one bar will only represent one rate for certain id, then you can set the FeedbackRating as sum or average to show the value, try to use average so that it will show average value in date level.

If it doesn't meet your requirement, Could you please show the exact expected result based on the tables that we have shared?

By the way, PBIX file as attached.
