Using an Export-to-file API to export report to PDF

I am very new to using Power BI Rest APIs and need to help. I have a paginated report with 20 markets and am trying to use the export-to-file API to export the report to a PDF format. How do I call the Export-to-file API? I have gread the "Reports - Export To File" article and created the URI link but where do I post this code to call the API? Or what would be the export request for paginated reports?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
