Using PowerShell to manage distribution/authentication of Apps

Hi all,

Currently I am working on some PS scripts to be able to manage the enterprise implementation of Power BI. One of the things I am not able to find is retrieving App-information using PowerShell. For example: I would like to create a list of Apps (based on workspaces) that has been distributed within the organisation and the users who have access to it.

For now I am using the Power BIPS Module from DevScope that I can use for retrieving GroupUsers, but I would like to retrieve th App (users).

Are there any other modules/documentation? Hopefully someone is able to help me with this.

Thanks!

Ruben

Hi @Rubenvw,

As far as I know, there isn't a way to programmatically list the members of a Power BI App currently. I would suggest you add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum to improve Power BI on this feature. Smiley Happy
