Using Column chart (Stacked or Clustered) display the values starting from previous value

Hi,

 

Am looking to display the chart like below.

Is there any way this can be achieved (like 2nd vaue should start from 1st value and 3rd value should start from 2nd value). i tried using Stacked and Clustered column chart but am not able to achieve like above.
