User under Azure AD not connecting to PowerBi

Hello all

I created a new tenant on our Azure AD 

I also created a user under this tenant.

When I try to connect to powerbi with this new user, PowerBI detects that this user is known by the Microsoft platform

but when validating the password it says : 

Sorry, that didn't work

There's a problem on our end. We're working on it, so try again later.

I don't know if I am missing something in the Azure AD configuration?

Hi @eleite,

As we can see from the error message, the issue happened in the Azure side. I would suggest you try again later and also go to azure/community/ for professional support.
