User Defined Data Alerts in PowerBI embedded

Dear All,

I am having a request from my customer for having an custom data alerts functionality in PowerBi embedded.

I have embedded a report in my customer's website. Now, they want to set data alerts themselves as per their analysis.

I know that PowerBI provides data alerts functionality on dashboard.

Is there any way to provide this custom data alerts functionality in PowerBI embedded?

using PowerAPPs , PowerAutomate ????? help/suggestions/tips are welcome.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @BalaKrish ,

There is no proper way to setup it within Power BI Embedded, based on what I know.

You can try to create a flow to send relevant alert email to customers.https://stoneridgesoftware.com/email-alerting-on-power-bi-dashboards-with-microsoft-flow-better-toge...

You can also try to see if Azure alert helps

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/alerts/alerts-overview

Best Regards,
Liang
