Usage Metrics Report ( Report opens & Report page views)

Hello all,

I have a question regarding the usage metrics report:

- Report opens: 640

- Report page views: 499 

According to the power bi documentation, a report opening always counts as a report page view (which makes sense).

Do you know what's going on?
